Recently, we have been encouraged to share this video so patient’s can have a greater understanding of the type of calls and conversations our reception team receive at the surgery.
We would ask patient’s to please be mindful that we are working hard, to try and manage the patient demand, in an increasingly challenging time as work load has soared. We are grateful that on the whole our patients are polite, patient and supportive towards our surgery staff and we would appreciate if this could please continue.
